Terms of Service

Levi is a subscription software product operated by Leaves Creative Agency LLC that provides real-time AI coaching during sales calls and post-call scorecards and summaries. By creating an account or using Levi, you agree to these terms.

You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep your credentials secure. Workspace owners are responsible for the activity of the members they invite.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Levi.

Levi transcribes calls you choose to coach. You are solely responsible for complying with the call-recording and consent laws that apply to you and the people on your calls, including obtaining consent from call participants where required. If you connect a recording provider such as Fathom or Zoom, you are responsible for its consent notices as well.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change with notice before your next billing period.

You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. If payment fails, we may suspend access after a grace period while we retry. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.

Free trials are limited to one per workspace. When a trial ends, coaching features pause until you subscribe; your data remains accessible.

You agree not to misuse Levi: no unlawful activity, no infringing content, no attempting to access other workspaces' data, no reverse engineering the service, and no reselling access without our written permission.

Coaching suggestions are generated by AI and may be inaccurate. They are assistance, not professional, legal, or compliance advice, and you remain responsible for what you say on your calls.

You own your call content, transcripts, and scorecards. You grant us the limited right to process them to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data or use your call content to train third-party AI models.

Levi integrates with services such as Deepgram, Anthropic, Fathom, Slack, and Stripe. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or conduct. If you supply your own API keys, you are responsible for your usage and costs with those providers.

You can stop using Levi and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or non-payment. On termination, your workspace data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

Levi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leaves Creative Agency LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms; for material changes we will notify workspace owners by email before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
