Privacy Policy

Account information: your name, email address, and workspace details when you sign up.

Call data: audio you choose to stream during a coached call, the transcripts generated from it, coaching suggestions shown to you, and post-call scorecards and summaries.

Usage data: how you use the product (features used, call counts, plan status) so we can operate billing and improve the service.

Integration credentials: API keys and webhook URLs you provide (for example Anthropic, Deepgram, Fathom, or Slack). These are stored encrypted and never shown again after saving.

To provide the service: transcribing calls in real time, generating live coaching suggestions, and producing post-call scorecards and summaries.

To operate your account: authentication, billing, plan limits, and team management.

To improve the product: aggregated, de-identified usage patterns. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your call content to train third-party AI models.

To deliver the service, call audio and transcripts are processed by the providers you configure or that power the product, including Deepgram (speech-to-text) and Anthropic (coaching and grading). Payment processing is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card numbers.

These providers process data only to perform the service and are bound by their own privacy and security terms.

Call transcripts, scorecards, and summaries are kept in your workspace until you delete them or close your account.

You can delete individual calls at any time. When a workspace is deleted, its calls, transcripts, scorecards, members, and stored credentials are permanently removed.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to workspace data is restricted to members of that workspace, enforced at the database level. Integration keys are stored encrypted and are never exposed to other users.

If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify workspace owners by email before the changes take effect.
